On December 1, 2005, Bandai launched the video game Kamen Rider Hibiki (also known as Kamen Raid Hibiki) only for the PlayStation 2. It had exceptional cross-compatibility with the Taiko no Tatsujin Tatacon controller, which meant that the taiko-like controller could be used in Hibiki sections like rhythm games. It was also released alongside a particular version of the Taiko no Tatsujin series, which had both the “Kagayaki” and “Shnen yo” theme songs from the Kamen Rider Hibiki television show as part of its soundtrack. The Nintendo GameCube would get a release, but Nintendo finally decided against it. The monsters Tsuchigumo, Midaredouji, Ittanmomen, Yamaarshi, Dorotabou, Super Douji, and Hime make cameos with the primary Kamen Riders in the episode.
