It has been several years since Geese Howard was defeated in a battle by Terry Bogard, a young man seeking vengeance for his father’s death. Terry Bogard is still on the hunt for Geese Howard. After falling from the balcony of his workplace, Geese decided to end his life, and instead of trying to be rescued from certain death, he ed away, leaving his minor son Rock behind. Rock was taken in by Terry, who became like an older brother and raised him for the entirety of the boy’s life.
