The actual racing game utilizes sport utility vehicles (SUVs) rather than monster trucks as the vehicles of choice. It is primarily inspired by Terminal Reality’s Monster Truck Madness series of video games. An online multiplayer mode is one of the most notable aspects of the 4×4 Evo. Versions for the Dreamcast, the PC, and the Macintosh can compete against one another in online races for up to four players.
