Duke Nukem Advance

The top-secret military outpost known as Area 51 has been taken over by extraterrestrial scientists who are now hatching a plan to conquer Earth. However, not if Duke can thwart them. Duke, armed with weaponry capable of destroying aliens, his signature “kick butt” attitude, and the ability to use the aliens’ transporters, moves the conflict to four distinct sites throughout the Earth. Oh, and on the way, she saves a couple of helpless infants.
