A brief period ed following the events of Densetsu no Stafy 2, during which everything was peaceful, and everyone, including Stafy, was once again happy. That is until another terrible rainstorm arrived and shook Pufftop Palace. This particular instance is much more severe than the others that have occurred. Lightning strikes the Magic Jar, causing it to be destroyed and setting Ogura free once more.
